1. Where are the products you offer imported from?
We currently have products sources from Japan and Thailand. We are looking to soon expand our collection to items from various countries in Europe, as well as India, Canada, and other places around the world.
2. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Orders will be prepared and sent out between 24 and 48 hours after an order is received. This is to ensure our "end-of-day" grace period for customers who wish to process order cancellations. After this period, the time for shipment depends on your shipping method chosen at checkout. For domestic orders, this is typically 3-5 business days.
3. When will specific items restock?
On the product page of an out-of-stock item you can submit your email address to be notified when it is back in stock! Other than that, we usually wont know when or if we will restock a product.
